EWOC’s annual Constance Baker Motley Gala is a celebration of Constance Baker Motley that will follow our day-long Women of Color Conference on Friday, March 23rd.
Constance Baker Motley was a trailblazer. She was the first African American woman to be appointed to the federal judiciary, the first to argue a case before the Supreme Court, and the first female attorney to be hired by the NAACP Legal and Educational Defense Fund. Through our annual gala, we celebrate her legacy and honor the women of color that continue to make a difference today.
Business cocktail attire. Dinner will be served.
