Mail Merge Documents These documents explain how to use the Judicial Clerkship Database to send out merged cover letters and envelopes. Included here is a template for your cover letter.
Confidentiality Waiver Form Click here download the clerkship waiver form. While this form is not required, we prefer that you submit one in connection with each of your recommenders.
