Introduction to Mindfulness Group and Distress Tolerance 2-Day Workshop

Join Dr. Addette Williams, psychologist at CPS, to discuss how Mindfulness techniques can be incorporated into daily living to reduce stress and contribute to healthy functioning. Dr. Williams will introduce and answer questions regarding the weekly group she holds at Lerner Hall to help practice these techniques.Dr. Vicky Grosso, psychologist at CPS, will also be in attendance to introduce and answer questions regarding the Distress Tolerance 2-day workshop she will hold in Lerner on Wednesdays, February 9 and Feb 16.
