L8662 Readings in Legal Thought

Students in this seminar read a selection of current works of Anglo-American legal thought, spanning constitutional law, legal history, law and economics, and the legal profession. Prior to each meeting, students read the assigned book, post a five to six page "reaction paper" and read each others' papers. Students are invited to lead the discussion at these meetings.
