Open to J.D. candidates only. A student may earn a maximum of 2 points per academic year as part of the 18 non-class points allowed for J.D. credit (see Rules for the J.D. Degree, Rules 1.1 and 1.6). Letter grade or CR/Fail options are available upon consultation with the supervising instructor. Writing credit is available if a research paper is approved by the supervising instructor. Students must register separately to earn writing credit as either Minor Writing or Major Writing (see Rule 1.4).
