Lunchtime Research Skills Workshops

Are you ready to tackle the research for your upcoming internships, pro bono projects, and jobs? Come learn practical skills with the law librarians. This week:

SEC Research with Deborah Heller

Regulations are relevant to many areas of law (at least for right now), but do you know how to effectively conduct administrative law research? Through the lens of securities law, we will take a look at the resources available to you through both free and commercial products. We will delve into Edgar and what all of those different numbers stand for as well as how to find the documents. We will also take a look at finding the administrative decisions of the SEC. You will learn how to locate information that you may be asked to find this summer or in the future.

Non-pizza lunch will be provided.

Stay tuned for more Lunchtime Research Skills workshops in the coming weeks!
