The Center for Public Research and Leadership (CPRL) offers an immersive, full-semester, 13-credit experiential learning program for upper-level law, business, education and policy graduate students from Columbia and other top universities across the country. Participants work in interdisciplinary teams on high-priority consulting projects for key actors in public education; receive rigorous professional training in team-based design thinking and problem-solving and exposure to job opportunities; and take part in an intensive seminar on institutional design and transformation in P-12 education and beyond.

Join CPRL for one of two upcoming information and Q&A sessions:

  • Tuesday, March 21st at 12:00 PM in WJW101 (RSVP here)
  • Thursday, March 23rd at 12:30PM in WJW101 (RSVP here)

Professor Jim Liebman, who leads the course, will give a short presentation, and current and former CPRL students will answer questions about the experience. Sandwiches will be served!

We are accepting applications from second- and third-year students for the Fall 2017 course and for subsequent semesters. A limited number of tuition awards of up to $20,000 are available for students who demonstrate exceptional merit and need.
