Interested in the mechanics and considerations at play in large scale cartel antitrust litigation? Learn more about this practice area in the next installment of the Columbia Business Law Association Case Study Series. Wendy W. H. Waszmer, Norman Armstrong and Jennifer Chiang, partners and an associate from King & Spalding’s Litigation and Antitrust Groups, will walk us through a hypothetical antitrust cartel case involving the merger of two large breweries. Lunch will be served, plus attendees will have a chance to meet with the King & Spalding team after their presentation.

This event is part of CBLA’s Case Study Series. Each event in the series features an immersive case study through which one of New York's top law firms will introduce Columbia students to the lawyering behind headline deals.
