New York City Recent Graduates Event

Recent graduates working in public interest in the New York area met socially at Botanica on October 28th.

Columbia Law School in DC Summer Breakfast Club

The Social Justice Program's CLS in DC Summer Breakfast Club 2009 brought Columbia Law School current students, admitted students and graduates together to start building a Columbia network of people who have worked or want to work in or with the federal government in D.C. at some time in their careers.

Each of the four breakfasts showcased a particular segment of the D.C. community – the Executive Branch, the Hill, NGOs and law firms involved with governmental issues. Distinguished Law School graduates spoke about their work and there was ample time to network.

2009 Graduation Event

In May 2009, the Social Justice Network invited students from the classes of 2008 and 2009 to celebrate the upcoming graduation of the class of 2009. Held in the Jerome Greene Annex, this event brought together dozens of students who were about to embark on, and had just embarked on, their post-law school careers. The class of 2008 offered advice and support to the graduates.
