FOUR PARTY TALKS
On October 20, 1997, the Center for Korean Legal Studies and the Korea Economic Institute of America sponsored a conference with delegates from the following countries: South Korea, North Korea, China, and the U.S. The title and focus of the Four Party Talks Conference was "Converging and Diverging Interests."
