With approximately 200 students from 50 countries, Columbia's LL.M. program is a richly diverse group of students from all over the world. Because Columbia LL.M. candidates take classes with J.D. students, rather than being segregated into an LL.M-only curriculum, J.D. candidates have the opportunity to meet and learn with lawyers, judges, teachers, human rights activists, diplomats and advocates from all over the world who have come to Columbia to pursue the LL.M. degree.
