About the Antitrust Project
The National State Attorneys General Program Antitrust Project was established in 2009 with the goal of promoting cooperation between state and federal antitrust officials, as epitomized by the program's October conference, Antitrust Federalism: Enhancing the Federal-State Relationship.
State attorneys general have a rich history of working with federal agencies, such as the Department of Justice Antitrust Division and the Federal Trade Commission, to protect consumers through antitrust regulation.
