Environmental Leadership Meeting
In preparation for the presidential transition in January 2009, state leaders in the area of environmental law met alongside scholars to set the agenda for renewed cooperation between the federal government and the states.
The Program held a conference featuring attorneys general, environmental lawyers, policymakers, academics, and consultants, who discussed responses to environmental concerns, such as global warming, groundwater pollution, and natural resource damages, within and across state boundaries.
