DESCRIPTION:Jorge Contesse of Chile's National Human Rights Institute will discuss human rights in Latin America. Each HRIP student is required to attend at least one region specific-lecture. HRIP students who know or think that they will be working in Latin America this summer must attend this lecture. All students are welcome to attend.
