SUMMARY:Cadwalader Non-Profit Incubator Pro Bono Project Training Session
DESCRIPTION:As a pro bono volunteer with the Incubator Program, you will help charities apply for federal, state and local tax-exempt status; assist with various corporate governance issues; and address miscellaneous matters involving intellectual property, real estate, foreign grantmaking and employee issues. At this training session, attorneys from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft will describe what they do, and conduct an initial call with an actual new client.
