DESCRIPTION:SJI welcomes Stuart Smith (Director of Legal Recruitment for the New York City Law Department) and Julie Dinnerstein (Co-Director of the Immigration Intervention Project for Sanctuary for Families) as they give insights into what both government and public interest employers are looking for when interviewing students for summer internships. We will also hear tips from a current 3L, Gabrielle Barbosa, about how to navigate the interview process, and SJI staff will give pointers for "table talk" at public interest job fairs.Pizza will be served.
