James D. Bailey is an associate in the Litigation Department of Baker & McKenzie LLP where he focuses on antitrust counseling and litigation. He has defended large industrial companies in class action price-fixing cases and criminal investigations by the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. Mr. Bailey currently serves as an Executive Committee member of the New York State Bar Association’s Antitrust Section. Mr. Bailey is a 2000 graduate of McGill University.
