Please join the Office of International and Comparative Law Programs for an information and Q&A session on our Double Degree programs. (NOTE: As students are required to apply for double degree programs in their 1L year the event is directed primarily at this audience. But we will also take field questions on other study abroad programs.)
Our offerings include Double Degree programs with partner schools in London (JD/LLM or JD/LLB), Paris (JD/Maitrise or JD/Master: in French or a mixture of English and French), and in Frankfurt (in English).
Participants in our double degree program in Paris, London or Frankfurt will spend both semesters of their 3L years abroad. The application process for the double degree programs will open in February 2014 for 1L students who wish to spend 2015-16 abroad. We recommend beginning the process as early as possible, in order to give yourself time to plan, prepare, and coordinate your coursework here at CLS. This information session will provide you an excellent opportunity to discover options available to you.
To help us properly prepare for this event please RSVP to: InternationalPrograms/CLS
Pizza will be served.
Our following information session focusing on our Global Alliance Programs (Paris, Amsterdam, and Oxford) will take place on Thursday, November 14 in WJ 600, and will feature a presentation by Guenael Mettraux, the director of the Amsterdam Global Alliance program for the University of University of Amsterdam Law School. Mr Mettraux is also one of the world's preeminent defense attorneys working in the field of war crimes tribunals and will be available to meet with students to describe and answer questions on both the program and his experiences.
