Please join guest Julie Goldscheid, Professor of Law at CUNY Law School and current Fellow at CLS Center for Gender and Sexuality Law. Professor Goldscheid will discuss current issues in the legal efforts to achieve gender equality and address violence against women, and avenues available for those interested in this work. Professor Goldscheid's background includes work at Legal Momentum (formerly NOW Legal Defense and Education Fund) and Safe Horizon, an organization committed to victim assistance, advocacy, and violence prevention.
