A number of states have enacted restrictive voting laws since the 2010 elections, and those laws are now the subject of a number of legal challenges throughout the country. Join the Civil Rights Law Society as Professor Richard Briffault gives an overview of the issues being litigated, what courts have said so far, and what it means for voting laws in the future.
