Join Columbia Law faculty for a discussion of the ‘11-‘12 term & a look forward to ’12-‘13. Steve Shapiro, Legal Director of the ACLU and an adjunct professor at Columbia Law School, will provide an overview of the term and discuss the Arizona immigration case. Professor Ted Shaw will discuss civil rights cases. Professor Jamal Greene will discuss the Affordable Care Act and juvenile life without parole cases. And Professor Suzanne Goldberg will discuss the likely landscape of the Court's gay rights docket in the 2012 term. The panel will also take audience Q&A.
