CBLA is proud to host the first panel in an ongoing series of panel discussions titled "Fundamentals of Corporate Law" intended to give students an idea about what it means to be a transactional lawyer and what corporate law is all about. This event will focus on the Capital Markets practice area, why it's a fascinating career option, and what steps they can take now to improve their chances of breaking into the sector.
