The IT Helpdesk will temporarily run a local helpdesk in the
Drapkin/Lenfest area from Thursday 09/27/12 through Friday 10/05/12. The
support hours will be from 09:30am to 4:30pm.
The idea behind this endeavor is to:
- help students register their wired and wireless cards.
- assist with ExamSoft installations.
- understand the Jerome Greene hall wireless issues in real-time.
This
will give you a chance to report and resolve issues on the spot, as
well as give the IT department an opportunity to collect stats in
real-time. You can find us in the Drapkin Lounge/Lenfest area, directly across from the Dean’s cup trophies.
