Students will educate Mount Sinai patients about Medical Advance Directives (Health Care Proxies and Living Wills) and help them complete the forms, under the supervision of attorneys from the New York Legal Assistance Group's Total Life Choices Program. Learn more about the program and sign up for shifts! This project is eligible for pro bono credit.
