A Federalist Society & American Constitution Society debate featuring Goldwater Institute Constitutional Policy Director Nick Dranias and Professor Neil Kinkopf of Georgia State University College of Law.

Will a balanced budget amendment allow for a permanent fix on our nations fiscal problems?
