Jerker Rydén has wide responsibilities at Sweden's leading research institution. He is immediately involved in complex copyright developments in the European Union, and he has worked closely with the FBI in New York and Washington to help track and recover unique and valuable historical treasures. Rydén will offer an inside view of the development of copyright and its importance to libraries and research.
