Calming your mind and learning to relax can be a very useful skill. Attend a workshop by Dr. Juna Bobby which focuses on how our mind, emotions, and behavior affect our body and how we can use the power of our minds to influence our health and happiness.
Empowering ourselves with research based knowledge, exercises of mental training, and compassion focused emotional intelligence, can help us manage the day to day mini-catastrophes as well as the larger than life ones.
Dr. Juna Bobby, a trained radiologist, who after seeing many patients with preventable disease made it her job to help people learn about stress prevention and healthy living. She has trained at the Benson Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital.
