Tseliso Thipanyane will discuss human rights in Africa. Each HRIP student is required to attend at least one region specific-lecture. HRIP students who know or think that they will be working in Africa this summer must attend. All students are welcome to attend. If you are in HRIP and have a class conflict, you must email Ernesto Hernandez and Kiran Singh in advance of the lecture.
