Please join the Federalist Society for a talk given by Judge Timothy M. Tymkovich. Judge Tymkovich was appointed to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2003 by President George W. Bush after a career in private practice and serving as Solicitor General of the State of Colorado. As part of the Madison Lecture Series, he will discuss the history and founders of Federalism.
