Anxiety is that feeling of fear that can take over the body and the mind. It is the nagging sense that something is wrong or about to go wrong. It is powerful and often relentless, but there is a lot that you can do to cope with it. Join Dr. Raia Margo for a workshop on understanding and managing anxiety in law school. Lunch will be served.
