The Federalist Society invites you to join us for "Is there a Constitutional Right to Lie in the Aftermath of Alvarez?" a talk featuring Stephen McAllister of the University of Kansas Law School with commentary by Martin Flaherty of Fordham Law School. Professors McAllister and Flaherty will discuss the Alvarez case on "stolen valor", whether it establishes a constitutional right to lie and its impacts on free speech overall.
