Columbia Law School Lecturer Kenneth R. Feinberg delivers the Bernard Segal memorial Lecture in Law and Ethics: "What is Life Worth? Tailoring the Law to Meet the Challenges of Unique Catastrophies."

Feinberg is the former special master of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund, and administrator of the One Fund Boston victim relief fund, and founder and managing partner of Feinberg Rosen, LLP.

The lecture will be moderated by Professor Arnold M. Eisen, Chancellor of the Jewish Theological Seminary.

Attorneys, please note: This program has been approved by the New York State Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Board for one (1) credit hour in ethics and professionalism. The course is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys. New Jersey attorneys will receive credit for this program through reciprocity. Attorneys wishing to receive CLE credit for this program must pre-register for it on the next page (and will also need to register at the designated CLE table upon arriving at JTS before the lecture begins).
