The Federalist Society invites you to join us for "Originalism and the Good Constitution," a debate featuring professors Jamal Greene of Columbia and John McGinnis of Northwestern Law School. The professors will engage in critical discussion of the merits of originalist interpretations of our nation's founding document, focusing on the results that it produces compared to non-originalist theories of interpretation.
