The 26th Annual Horace S. Manges Lecture, "The Next Great Copyright Act," to be given by The Honorable Maria A. Pallante, U.S. Register of Copyrights
Ms. Pallante will address the necessity for comprehensive review and revision of U.S. Copyright Law, identifying many of the significant issues and suggesting a framework by which Congress should weigh the public interest, which includes the interests of authors. She will also address the necessary evolution of the Copyright Office itself.
