DEADLINE: Japan Summer Fellowship Applications Due at 2pm
Monday January 28, 2013 EST
CLS and the Center for Japanese Legal Studies are proud to offer as many as two fully funded, public interest fellowships in Japan for the summer of 2013 thanks to the generous support of our Japan-based alumni. Each fellowship will be awarded to a Columbia Law School student in the J.D. program class of 2014 or 2015, who demonstrates an interest in public interest law and working in Japan for the summer. Each Fellowship will provide a stipend of $10,000 to cover airfare, living and other expenses for the summer. The Fellow must work at the internship for at least 10 weeks. Students may not split the summer between this Fellowship and another opportunity.
Applications are due today at 2pm to Ernesto Hernandez at SJI.
