We highly recommend registering in advance for Reunion 2018 so we may better accommodate you. In addition, your seated class dinner and many of our social and cultural events have only a limited number of places and require registration for a reservation. Please note that some of our events occur simultaneously and should be scheduled accordingly. General Reunion registration deadline is Friday, June 1, 2018—regular rates apply.
To qualify for the “Early Bird” 15 percent discount rate on your reservation cost total, you must register online by midnight (EDT) on Friday, May 11, 2018. After midnight on Friday, May 11, 2018, the discount will no longer apply.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express, as well as personal checks drawn from U.S. branches of U.S. banks. We cannot accept payments via money order, traveler’s check, or checks drawn from foreign banks. Reunion fees and gift monies are processed separately and result in separate charges. If you are paying by check and want to include a gift, separate checks are gratefully received.
A full refund can be granted only if we receive your request by 5 p.m. on Monday, June 4, 2018. After this time, refunds cannot be granted. Due to certain space limitations, however, as well as for optimal planning overall, we appreciate cancellation notifications at any time.
