Ira Millstein '49, Professor John C. Coffee and Professor Harvey J. Goldschmid have been selected for inclusion in Who's Who Legal USA - Corporate Governance 2006, an upcoming guide to legal experts on corporate governance.

The publication of a Who's Who guide to experts in corporate governance follows on the success of a previous guide, The International Who's Who of Business Lawyers. Both Who's Who guides are published by Law Business Research Limited of London; the corporate governance directory becomes available in November. It is distributed to a large number of corporate counsel with a specific interest in corporate governance.
