DEAN SCHIZER PRESENTS DISTINGUISHED TEACHING AWARD AT AALS
More than 100 Grads and Friends Celebrated at Alumni Reception
WASHINGTON, D.C. (January 4th, 2006)--At the Annual Meeting of the Association of American Law Schools (AALS), the Columbia Law School Association hosted a reception at the Hilton hotel for alumni in academia as well as for all grads who live in the D.C. metro area. Approximately 140 alumni and friends attended.
Dean David Schizer presented the Distinguished Teaching Award to The Hon. Kristin Booth Glen '66, who was dean of CUNY Law School for 10 years before retiring to take the bench as Surrogate Judge of New York County.
