Official transcripts may be ordered only from the University's Office of the Registrar. Visit http://www.columbia.edu/cu/registrar to order your transcripts online. You may request at any time multiple copies of your transcript, which can be sent to multiple addresses. In-person requests may be made at the counter service area in 205 Kent Hall. If you wish to mail your request, your letter should include the following:
- Name of student (if applicable, indicate both current and former names)
- Social Security number or student identification number
- List of all schools attended at Columbia University
- The dates of attendance at each school within the University
- Your current addresses (mailing and e-mail) and telephone number
- Exact address to which each transcript should be sent
- Your signature as authorization for the release of the transcript(s) you are requesting
